About Me
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT, NLP Practitioner and Reiki Master, with experience working therapeutically on a one-to-one basis and in groups.
I have worked with a wide range of problems from low self-esteem, phobias and weight management to PTSD and pain management. I specialise in anxiety, stress and panic attacks and I'm passionate about helping people overcome issues that are holding them back in life.
Training
I hold a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from The Surrey College of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (SCCP), I also hold Practitioner Certificates in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and Reiki.
How I Work
I offer a free initial phone or Skype consultation which allows me to assess which approach might be the most effective for you. I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic interventions allowing the best results, tailored to your individual needs. Once we have established how to go ahead with your personalised treatment plan, the first session will be booked at 90 minutes as this is an assessment session and subsequent appointments will be an hour.
Most clients require around 3-5 sessions but can vary depending on what you need to address.
You can book block sessions at a discounted price - please ask.
I can make home visits with reimbursement of my travel/time costs.
